I found a lump on my right testicle.
It was this tiny hard ball and I knew it wasn’t normal. The brain tries to tell you, “Maybe it’s nothing. Maybe it’ll go away. It could be some calcium build up or something.” I’m glad I didn’t listen and I called my doctor to get it checked out.

Shan had a kind heart, gentle spirit and a smile
that would radiate across the room.  Shan was heading off to teacher’s college when she was diagnosed late with breast cancer.  She passed away a few months later at the age of 24.  Shan’s spirit continues to teach and encourages you to take care of yourself.
